Cancellation: If you decide to cancel our services after payment has been made, no refund will be issued. This is due to the time and resources allocated to your project upon payment.

Service Non-Delivery: If Iconic AdWorks fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to our own negligence or fault, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion. This does not apply to delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to, client delays, third-party service interruptions, or unforeseen technical issues.

While refunds are not provided, we will work with you to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.
